Standard shipping is via DHL and is available for packages with a maximum shipping weight of 31.5 kg. The delivery times stated refer to business days.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €99.00 (please note that vouchers may reduce the value of the goods).

Different shipping costs may apply for fragile items.

Note

If you are not at home when DHL attempts to deliver your parcel, it will be held at a DHL branch for up to 7 days—unless you have made alternative arrangements with DHL.
