Standard shipping

Standard shipping is carried out by DHL and is available for packages weighing up to 31.5 kg. The delivery times indicated refer to working days.

Shipping to Spain is free for orders over €99.00 (please note that gift vouchers may reduce the value of the goods).

Different shipping costs may apply for fragile items.

Note

If you are not at home when DHL attempts to deliver your package, it will be held at a DHL agency for 7 days, unless you have agreed otherwise with DHL.

 

Shipping by carrier

Shipments weighing 31.5 kg or more are sent by carrier via Hartmann. The delivery times indicated refer to working days.

 

Note: Delivery is made exclusively to the sidewalk.
